We have been speakers at National Conferences for Federal and State Bank Regulators and Tax and Accounting Professionals on executive compensation and the purchase and risk management of BOLI. Recent speaking engagements have included the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, The Insurance Institute for the Federal Reserve, the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, the Mid-West Bank Regulators Conference, and several State Bankers Associations.
Our staff is highly qualified and, in addition to MBAs, includes the former Head Tax Partner for a National Law Firm and a former Bank CFO and CPA who was Chair of the Financial Managers Society. Collectively, we have over 100 years experience in the design, funding and administration of executive benefit, BOLI, and COLI plans.
