Melissa K. Oliverio

Melissa earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1994. She then began the private practice of law for the next twelve years in the state of West Virginia. She practiced with Pittsburg, PA based Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebeneck & Eck for four years and then Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC for the following eight years.
Melissa focuses upon evaluating existing benefit systems and designing alternative plans. She has been working in the BOLI marketplace for the past four years.
While in private practice, Melissa was a Board Member for the West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel from 1998 to 2002. Her practice focused upon general insurance defense, professional liability defense, long term care litigation and products liability defense. In January of 1997, Ms. Oliverio successfully completed the renowned University of Virginia's Trial Advocacy Institute.
Melissa is located in the Morgantown, WV office.
